SPEND A FULL DAY MAKING DELICIOUS GLASS ART WITH DAWN

A full day immersed in colour, glass and design with Dawn Campbell-Jones, whose distinctive work is collected and loved around the world. Dawn has an instinctive approach to colour, texture, composition and layering and, rather than simply teaching you how to make something, she’ll show you how to design something that works – how colours sing together, where to add texture, when to stop and how to turn a simple idea into a really beautiful piece of glass. Cut everything yourself, cut nothing at all, or do a bit of both. There are no rigid projects here.  Practice with glass enamel pens and the glass and accessories, Dawn uses for her work you can see in the Gallery.

With only five people in the studio, you’ll have Dawn alongside you, helping you develop your own ideas and create something unmistakably yours. A rare chance to spend a whole day learning, experimenting and creating with an artist whose work you already

Your finished work will be fired in a kiln and mounted ready to hang on a white wooden board or you can choose to have it slumped into a beautiful free standing curve.  You can collect or we will post to you after the course. 1-2 weeks. £5.00 cost to post, you can decide on the day.

You are able to cancel your Workshops up to 14 days prior to the course date to receive a full refund. If you cancel between 14 days and 7 days prior to the course date you will be charged at 50%. Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the course date will be charged in full.
